Re-Upholstery
Quotes for re-upholstery may be subject to change and are estimated for on the basis of information available and subject to the condition of the furniture’s structure. Some work cannot be estimated for prior to the removal of the outer covers and as such all quotes may be subject to change dependant on the condition of the furniture frame once this has been exposed. If any additional work is required we will contact you as soon as this is determined and give our quote for the additional work. This will be based on the amount of work required and will be based on our price guide for under work which is available on request. In the event that you do not wish to proceed you agree to pay for all work undertaken up to that point. This will be discussed at time of estimating.
Where a checked fabric is used an additional 10% charge to labour costs will be added to our standard upholstery costs. Additional fabric may be required to ensure pattern matching.
Where a striped fabric is used an additional 5% charge to labour costs will be added to our standard upholstery costs. Additional fabric may be required to ensure pattern matching.
An estimated delivery time will be stated once an item is collected by/delivered to us for re-upholstery, however this may be subject to change. Once an item is completed and notified to the customer, delivery to/collection by the customer must be within 7 days. Storage charges after this time may be applied.
Deposits of up to 50% are required prior to undertaking re-upholstery work with balance of payment due on collection/delivery unless written agreement is sought prior to placement of order.
Delivery Charges may apply on collection/delivery of customer’s furniture for re-upholstery.
Furniture Supply
Bespoke Items of furniture ordered from our Bespoke furniture ranges will be ordered from the date your order is received by Carzana Interiors. There will be a 7 day period from this order date during which time you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. After this time you order will go into production and the order cannot be cancelled.
Curtains and Blinds
Curtain and blind Quotes are estimated for on the basis of information available at the time of measuring. No responsibility can be accepted by Carzana Interiors for any changes to the situation of windows that would affect the hanging of the curtains/blinds (i.e. new carpets can affect the finished drop of full length curtains)
If there are no fixtures in place where the curtains are to be hung from and in the event that this is not being supplied/fitted by Carzana Interiors curtains will be measured from an agreed point with the customer, no responsibility can be accepted for the final positioning of fixtures.
Curtains made from customers dimensions are the responsibility of the customer. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrect measurements, unless curtain sizes differ from those supplied by the customer.
Curtains are made to a tolerance of +/-5mm
Curtains hung in certain situations can suffer from shrinkage or other damage from their environment. This can be advised upon, however no responsibility can be accepted by Carzana Interiors in the event of shrinkage.
Fabric
Fabric requirements will be calculated based on a fabric width of 138 centimetres, unless otherwise stated.
Where a pattern repeat is not available, a repeat of 64 centimetres will be assumed, unless otherwise stated.
Carzana Interiors can advise on fabric choices, however final fabric choice is the responsibility of the customer.
Where additional fabric is ordered, every effort is taken to ensure as close a colour match as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Where fabric is not supplied by Carzana Interiors a handling charge of £3.00 per metre will be added where fabrics are not supplied on rolls.
No responsibility can be accepted by Carzana Interiors for the quality and condition of fabric not supplied by Carzana Interiors. If a fault is found prior to cutting any returns are the responsibility of the customer. If a fault is found after cutting the cost and sourcing of additional fabric is the responsibility of the customer.
While every effort is made to ensure pictures on our website are accurate Carzana Interiors cannot be responsible for variation in fabric colours and textures. If you would like samples sent to you prior to ordering please use our Sampling Service.
Costs for fabrics, curtain poles, curtain tracks, roller and venetian blinds and sundries are to be paid in full at time of ordering.

General
In the event an order is cancelled, if work has commenced then payment will be due on any work that has been carried out including collection/delivery charges.
Claims in respect of damaged or missing goods from the order must be advised at time of collection/delivery.
Goods are supplied by us with the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited to a sum not exceeding our selling price of these goods.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from Estimate Date.
